Use Case

A retailer approached us and wanted to utilise spatial analytics to enrich their planning for an implementation of an online ordering and delivery service intended to positively impact their bottom-line revenue in the face of stiff competition.

Solution

We geo-enabled the retailer’s data before running a series of isochrone (drivetime) analyses for the different regions of the retailer’s business that included reachable population demographics. These analyses were presented in combination with competitor data in our MapSTACK hosted map visualisation platform.

Client Value

The retailer was able to use the platform to explore different store locations for structuring their online shopping solution and was quickly able to discern gaps or poor assumptions in their original planning for delivery time optimisation.
